holy fuck. what a masterpiece. Just when I think I’ve lost all hope for action manhwa as a genre I stumble upon a gem like this and am completely blown away. I would sell my soul to have my memories erased just so I could experience this for the first time again.

Rarely do we see such a well-written and compelling antihero-type protagonist, and a female one at that (don’t get me started on villainess manhwa I hate that shit). I understand the title now because despite her (many) flaws, you can’t help but root for Mina.

Take away the powers and she’s merely a broken and confused teenage girl with a dead-father-shaped-hole in her heart, only wanting to be loved and praised and understood, carrying around all this anger and frustration with the world with nowhere to put it, and finally getting the chance to do something about it — I mean, who wouldn’t do what Mina did? Lua as an antagonist haunting the narrative the entire time was great too, and how Mina resembles her more and more over the story.

The writing and narrative was fucking outstanding. Extremely well-paced too. The trope of a teenage sociopath acquiring a supernatural power, committing crimes in the name of ‘justice,’ growing overconfident and getting way in-over-their-head, not learning their lesson and digging their grave deeper and deeper, resorting to more and more fucked-up methods to get their way until they become worse than the people they’re fighting against, feeling the walls close in while their sanity and morality degrades and degrades until something gives — absolute cinema.

I understand the author had to cut this short, but imo I think this was a perfect length. Any more and it would’ve felt drawn out. The ending was satisfying and everything wrapped up really nicely, which I was really impressed by as that’s a really hard thing to pull off.

I thought we’re gonna get another season but I think the way they end the story was nice since everything was finished even though it felt rushed. I so looooove this. I know mina is not a good person but everyone else is not a good person either and I really like her friendship with Chanhee

10/10 omg this was so good??!?? The pacing too, it’s not 200+ chapters and it delivered so well. She has the power to teleport and is a sociopath. Shes the only one in this universe with a power. She uses it to take out evil, while also having little to no emotion.
