140626 s (36) im gonna lose my damn mind. that CANNOT BE THE END WHAT we still don’t know what jeyoung was actually saying in those censored speech bubbles, and we didn’t get a freaking confession????? when that’s what this entire story was about?? heLLO?!! im so upset ughhhh.

the entire time i was super worried bc i went into it expecting something pretty mediocre thanks to the 8.8 rating, but was pleasantly surprised by such beautiful art and an interesting premise. i was legit like “so… what did they do to fuck this up” LOL and was just on edge the entire time. now that i’ve finished it, i still think it was adorable and there are plenty of positives, but that ending was not it. based off of such an unsatisfying ending, it’s not hard to see why it didn’t get into the 9.0+ ratings.

the time loop thing also just wasn’t explained very well, and the story itself was too rushed. this resulted in an incomplete plot and a not enough exploration into the actual mechanics of the time loop. the fact that one of them had dreams of the loop while the other was actually living through the time loops, also just wasn’t explained well at all. there was this whole idea of a loop being created based off of someone’s desires and regrets, but again, it wasn’t explored thoroughly enough for it to make sense to the readers.

the artwork was so adorable though and i loved the characters ughhh. i didn’t like the hansol love triangle plot that came out of nowhere, but i didn’t mind it so much bc hansol’s lwk a harmless cutie lol. i really loved the character designs, like yeong’s cute af face paired w his moles and his piercings is such a deadly combo. and jeyoung is seriously handsome ughhh. the art was honestly one of my favourite parts of this manhwa.

another part that i really enjoyed, was i actually loved the build up of the romance. i thought it was so damn cute. it’s just such a shame there was no pay-off at the end, as we just get left hanging. they don’t end up dating, even tho they clearly love each other :( overall i still think it was worth the read, and i recommend it, but just be warned u may be disappointed by the end.
