A mercenary codenamed "D" (real name: Anson Dane) is forced to take on the work of killing an innocent, despite his morals.

Upon meeting Jack, D throws away the mission and the two ran away, being chased and almost killed. On the journey, D opens up to Jack as Jack falls deep in love.
