Lonely Housewife Nook

Part 1) Okay, I wasn't expecting to enjoy this, given from whose mind it sprung, but it's a good little story. Meet the players: Woman broken by the people in her family. Man who dips his wick in many shallow pools. Cheeky little girl scared and fighting dyslexia. Some stable hands and a sweet butler. Heroine is different from fussy hussies, he's intrigued and she's feisty. They don't emotionally communicate before/after rumpy-pumpy and a misunderstanding is created.

Part 2) Flushed and satisfied from fucking, they bicker and fling some insults, some drama over the girl missing and they break up without communicating. Life goes on, they can't let each other go, have a fuckation, she learns something terrifying and they breakup. He learns why, is pissed and they have to work that out along with some fan harassment. Her mother turns out to be a lying tart, nice to know her sister got it naturally, and finally happiness can come to roost. Not bad at all.

This is a rather crammed... At her wedding, she's uncertain she loves the groom as much as he claims to love her, then she encounters a man who intrigues her, but that man abducts her. Through contact with her captor, she's less convinced of his character, but believes his desperate hunt for a comatose woman. Her groom isn't who he made himself out to be, she falls for her keeper, keeper falls for her and finally the day is saved and groom is committed. It's not bad.

Hmm... Both are a bit touched, by what I don't know, still... She's headstrong, has a small hang up about her 'place', but she truly loves the child her sister gave her. He's arrogant, something of an asshole and when she talks, he's doesn't listen. What he's NOT is an abusive rapist, so that's something. She likes poking buttons, not that I blame her, they can be a lot of fun, but she knows when to stop, kind of. Overall, it's not great, but not as bad as others by this author.

Well, it's fiction so love makes everything better (*cough bullshit*). She's was saved by her Aunt, so she idolizes the woman, but what she comes to realize is that the Aunt is hiding quite a lot about herself and the niece. So they go to Hawai'i, meet some people, and all the trauma of the past melts away under the warm light of wuv. Both men are looking to redeem themselves, in a way, while the woman are just emotionally gooey. It's sweet, but, yea, utter fiction. Title makes no sense.

He's damaged by being betrayed by the only person who seemed to want him, she's damaged by her parents' negligence/abandonment. They indulge in a screw before our hero is sent to prison, she ends up preggers, sponges off her sister, who is too nosy, chatty and wishy-washy for anyone's good. Once he's been exonerated, he comes back, makes the discovery and now they are figuring it out. He's a bit of an ass, understandably so, especially since she's a little annoying. Meh, hunt for the novel.

Well, it's complicated. He's been convicted by public court of erroneous opinion thanks to the accidental death of his father and the vultures of journalism running with rumor rather than checking the facts. (Reporting the truth my lily white...) Anyway, she's a PR consultant, and family friend, who is brought in to try to help their image... Only he's got an agenda he's working toward, which, of course, involves hurting her. So same shit, different day as expected but still okay.
