Actually pretty decent. He's supportive of her, and she acts as her own person. It feels like a relationship between two adults, and even though there is a power imbalance of him being much much richer than her, it's not glaring like in other Harlequins. It's not like she needs his money, nor is she inexperienced and doesn't need his guidance. She self realised and has a life outside of him, which is so refreshing.

My guy seems to have no concept of relationships at all. He does something suspicious than gets mad when his wife gets suspicious. Like bro, was she supposed to have unconditional trust for you, instead why don't you start being more trustworthy? Also he starts critiquing her family all the time. Excuse me sir, I don't remember seeing your family anywhere here to support you, so I doubt you have much expertise on the matter. The drama was entertaining, and it was nice having a confident FL.

Title says it all. You can't take it serious, but yeah, super messy plot not worth the time honestly.

"What you don't love me? Even though I threatened you into this marriage?" That's the kind of bullshit were dealing with this one. It's not even interesting or fun to read. A hard skip for me.

I'm not a fan of the amnesia trope, or the guy going after revenge because of a misunderstanding/setup. It's got some cute moments, and it doesn't fetishes or antagonise Arab culture, but it hardly uses it except for some Arabic words and attire. Which is a choice. Not the worst of this trope, but I'm just not a fan. Also wish at the end it was her who approached him instead of the other way around. Like let her come to you when she's ready to forgive you.

Guy is so inconsiderate towards her and her wishes. Has trauma from her mother, just get over it. Don't want o have children, that's too bad, I'm forcing unprotected sex on you. He even made her purposefully jealous, but the minute a guy is flirty with her, he snaps at her. The guy is peak dog shit, and the only redeeming quality is the art.
3/10
The guy was super controlling, and they weren't even in a real marriage. Got distracted because he finds the FL attractive therefore forces the FL to quit instead of controlling himself. Gets angry for no good reason. Is just a bunch of red flags, and definitely would not make a good husband and father. Also boring.
2/10
There really is a point in the story in which the FL basically says "I'm rich so you can trust me." Because we know rich people are sooo trustworthy. And the bad guy in the story is a poor, 'unrefined'(their words), woman, who happens to be the only POC in the story and has a latinx last name. I would've liked it without this mixed messages. The characters actually have good chemistry and were fun, but the classicism was disgusting.

The whole game thing was kinda of ridiculous, but not too bad. I like him supporting her for when her grandma got sick, it had some sweet moments. I hated how the only other female character that wasn't a mom was antagonised and insulted. Also was really weird how easily the FL flip flopped between the men she liked. It kinda just felt like she liked whoever was more accessible and less about her feelings. Though it was more charming than others.
4/10
He strips her forcefully and is curious why she doesn't trust him. The characters have no chemistry or personality. Cool powers but that's it. Dude, how are you going to have fire powers and still be boring. I think the story was so boring cause it had to introduce the world of Raintree, but still boring. Gets a lower rating for just being worse than the others in the series.
