idk what's going on and it's too soon to establish this as story with fully platonic relatinoships, but tbh, the vibes between mc and the second ML feels like a doomed relationship, and i'm terrified for them. like i don't think this is going to have a happy ending, and i just KNOW that if there's a fallout between these two, i'll cry.

i think it's platonic. honestly. i can't tell bc like all good frenemies inherently have sexual tension but it's definitely platonic. anyways, their relationship, it has a certain development that reminds me of "no home" where the author purposefully implicates things and little information is directly spoken/shared between the characters, so it creates this overarching unsettling vibe of the unknown. i LOVE it
