Pardon my language, but the story is fucked up yet so goooood!!!! And I don't mean fucked up in a bad way, I mean it in that twisted psychological mind fuck kind of way... but that might not sound good either would it? Well, it's beautifully drawn and it hits all those spots that are full of lust and sin. The manga is one of those that makes you love it but you wonder why cause it's so wrong but you just can't give it up, because it's just so right, it fits... JUST GIVE
The characters are tied together by a loss of someone precious, irreplaceable to both of them. The actions of the characters are questionable, each of their choices... but that's what makes them human. That irregularity, deformity, that crack it's what makes this story beautiful. It's sweet and tragic and happy and it makes you want to cry the whole time!!! I love it. I absolutely love it.
One of the first BL I read. Edit. I’m disappointed in the direction the story took. What was supposed to be a microcosm of society nuked in the microwave with all the trauma and drama of high school with a BL flair turned into a sob story where every char (and there’s way too many) is forgiven b/c of a half baked sig other. If you’re into hot messes, here’s a whole lot of kinky sex, several variations of twisted, and codependent romances. I can guarantee, at the very least it won't bore you...
I honestly can't believe I am adding this manga into this list, it makes absoulutely no sense! It has no yaoi, non con, graphic scenes,etc. I had to add it because I wanted to be the first one to read when the story updates! I love Yukio and I love the characters, the plot, the background, the world within the story, the interactions between the characters and themselves, the realism of it, and I love how no matter how many times I reread it I can always find a new aspect of the manga to love!
An exceptionally funny and sweet story!!!! I bet I could reread it a million times and I still wouldn't be bored^U^!!!!
A very sweet and pure romance with just a bit of heat to arouse the taste buds that may have been dormant ...
There is something beyond the sex which makes this manga something undeniably good.
My raison d'etre... the rivalry between kei and hee-ong is just soooooo goooood!!!! I am so shipping them together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beyond that the story, the arcs, the characters, and art style have grabbed my attention and have kept me panting for more!!! MORE UPDATES PLEASE!!!!

Thank you for this beautiful list. I really appreciate it when the list's author takes it time to describe the stories or their impression a bit.
And even though I have read lots and always struggle to find something new and good (and best: completed) I found some nice ones in your list (Like Koitomo? and Takaromo wa ... something.) Did you know that that last one has a DJ where they switched? It*s also good, maybe better than the original.
And some recommendations for you from my memory that might suit your list and maybe taste:
Itou-san (It's dark, a bit twisted but they are such a sweet couple - I also recommend I: episode 0 which is both prequel and sequel to Itou-san)
And a long yaoi: Ze by Shimizu Yuki (I love all her works, but I have re-read Ze so often and cried and loved every time)
Maybe something catches your fancy? Or not. Whatever it is. I will follow your list and see what it holds for the future.

You are right about Ze. The first time I read it, I barely recognized the main characters of the respective arc. But it's enough to enjoy the story and get deep into it. And if you ever read it again, you will always find something like "Oh, wow that was already hinted here?" and you realize again how well-written the story is.
But to each their own so don't feel forced:)
And besides that: Please keep up the good work:)

Oh thats okay haha, i can completely understand how not everyone would like it.
I mean I tried it, but I really couldn’t get past the part where the MC is dropped into the other world. I don’t exactly remember, but I think I liked the Uncle but he’s technically the villain so... thank you for your recommendation, but it’s really not to my taste. I hope I didn’t offend you.
Have you read Dalsez? If not, I really recommend it.
