(ch 2.11- very early in story) it's funny at some parts and the action is amazing, and the artstyle is SO good, but it doesn't really hype me up. i think it's because while they portray rape for what it is and shows the brutality of violence and gang life, there's a lack of women characters who aren't products of this execution and i just. :(
OH GOD OH GOD A DELINQUENT SCHOOL PLOTLINE THAT SEEMS STRAIGHT OUTTA A STRAIGHT-MAN MANHWA, BUT WITH GIRLS?? XOXO BITCH I LOVE THIS
?! LMAO WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS
THE MAD DOG STYLE IM-
hype shit (in a good way) uknow, but not overtly attached or interested in the plot, even though mc's circumstances are interesting
(ch61) yes?! i think? anyways im in love with the man who's bff with a dog. like i genuinely am in love with him. him and the guy from NYC who i hope gets more screen time :(. but it's basically like a rank tournament of districts' chosen leaders fighting against each other.
SHIT this is so INTERESTING so far! there's a coherent mystery murder plot that doesn't feel tacked on for plot development and rather, feels like a complete story with a conclusion for it, and MC isn't just fighting for some stupid shit. he's also op but limited and restrained, not by bs excuses, but by legitimate circumstances. like im not lying when i say i'm very very curious as to how things turn out, especially with our current set of characters (blonde + glasses, mc, + rabid dog)
u know when they're like "i read it for the plot" but like they actually do. yeah that's me with every other story on this list, but this manhwa straight up, u read it for the action scenes on god like damn
(65) lowkey obsessed with how the author draws from various characters pov. there are so many moving parts but in a concise and understandable manner, and there's no sense of "loss" from switching those povs. like i love how there's no one protagonist in the truest sense.
BRO okay but like this is actually so good because the setting implicates real life consequences. like politics, police, etc, all that is involved. it's MAD good. also i LOVE LOVE LVOE the mc. it's also frightening because i genuinely dont know if MC will win all his fights or have a satisfying win, and his disability DOES have an impact on his fighting, so it's really tense to see how things play out.
shit it's only one chapter in but it literally looks so good omg. i also love the artstyle
