In high school, Arata fell for a British girl. A salaryman now, he's reunited with that person, but they're actually a man?!
Otaku seme with reliable uke.
Rating: 4/5
+ age gap, boss x employee (older guy falls for a younger kouhai)
+ domestic moments overload
+ clean, cinematic art that encapsulates the space and awkwardness of the moments with shots of the surroundings
Office place romance between two opposites that can’t help but get close. It has plenty of workplace shenanigans with a bit of enemies to lovers and friends with benefits tropes mixed. The pacing is just right and focusing on the relationship distracts us from the ongoing work conflicts. The art is so clean and contemporary; it fits the concept well. All the characters are also vibrant. Give it a shot.
- It was mid imo.
Friends to Lovers, set in an airport (uke is a ground pilot and seme is a pilot), and depiction of an actually healthy relationship. Both main characters are pursing their dreams and uke communicates/sets boundaries.
Opposites attract! This is enemies/rivals to lovers type story set in the office space. Not bad.
Cinematic art, reunion, memory loss, angst, and a sorta healthy relationship with a possessive seme.
Poor uke was hired by seme’s dad to pretend to be a girl, seme knows uke is a fraud but falls for him, seme goes to US and comes back with a gap in his memory and meets uke 7 years later, and the two try to heal and move on.
Far from Romance
