okay but the friends he makes along the way, uwu. + CARRIE. I LOVE IT. i love how the main female lead is NOT a romantic interest or has a crush on MC, and instead, is really just a normal friend who has her own goals outside of MC's plotline.

EDIT: just to lyk, she gains massive following in each arc/mission she's introduced to, but they're not longterm. so this,,,, may not be what you're looking for. tbh MC is just massively charismatic and a HUGE bitch and i LOVE her. however, this is not the solid, massive friendship network you're prob looking for
(ch 56. pgs missing, read on mmscans). the way that he has his own posse of people and everyone's like "what the fuck" because he's the most absurd producer ever. he also unintentionally attracts peoples' attention, from both haters and allies and you see how they cherish him and him vice versa. lowkey he's batshit insane, but that's fine.

i DEFINITELY recommend the novel (ngl, the artwork kinda ruins the entire vibes the author was going for with the MC having a massive jaw that nicknames him "squatjaw"). anyways MC + his troop of lowkey abandoned characters are mad cute
it's definitely like. you see multiple circles of relationships, there's no necessarily "main" circle, rather, you see multiple aspects of humanity overlapping and working together. it's very nice to see, rather than one "set" main group of heroes. like there is just one establishment we focus on, but we see how other groups overlap and the units within them and their lil cliques and how they work together. it's nice.
oh yeah, definitely incredible acts of violence.
EDIT: this is like, VERY strongly established friendship vibes. i don't think you understand, that this is one of those ones where MC does totally use friendship with an ulterior motive and from an advantageous position as an outsider to this game-world, but he also earned their respect via being a war criminal. so like good for them!
