one of the best adaptations i’ve ever read.
7 years ago, the MC took up a rich man’s offer to crossdress and impersonate a girl to fulfil the last wishes of the rich man’s dying father. While living with them, MC meets the rich man’s son (ML) and they fall in love but are forced to part after the grandfather dies. The story takes place in the present when they meet again. ML lost his memories and doesn’t recognise MC but they clearly still like each other.

Omegaverse but definitely got that second chance romance later on in the story.
MC is a non-dominant Alpha born in an aristocratic Alpha family, and has difficulty having relationships with omegas. His counsellor encouraged him to have sex with an Alpha to overcome his this problem so MC’s brother’s boyfriend introduces his alpha friend (ML) to MC to help him and he falls for him. MC is confused about how ML feels about him and a whole bunch of confusion and pain ensues.

not that sad, higher rating due to nostalgia
MC is assigned to the shoujo manga division at his new workplace and guess who’s his direct superior? our ML, MC’s high school senior and first love who broke his heart. Guess who’s his neighbour too? that’s right. They don’t recognise each other immediately but when they do ML confesses he still loves MC and pursues him. they fuck a lot but we’ll die before we see MC admit his feelings
emotionally stunted x emotionally traumatised
i really love the couple and the story and the angst just makes me love it more
had to wait 2 seasons before the angst starts tho
