I have a soft spot for crazy and crazies. I love a good tale of a person broken mentally and emotionally. Gimme a wounded spirit and psyche and I'll show you what makes me tick as a writer. These are ones that have affected me and aren't necessarily mangas I love or have loved. NOTE : Crazy (the term) is used broadly, loosely and tongue in cheek. In case of realism, the phrase to be properly used is mental health issues. These stories have mental health issues in spades.
Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). A fabulous read, it is thought-provoking, heartfelt, and informative. The translators take a lot of time in their notes to explain DID and Japan's take on it, it was fascinating.
Dissociative identity disorder/split personality. I loved this so much. I thought this dealt fairly well with DID though there were some ethical issues I had with the bodyguard/lover. And I wanted Ray to stick around a little longer. I liked him.
Psychopath--This is a revenge story at its core, but it's an interesting look into someone in love with a psychopath. It's good to realize that Kirin is just as bad as Kang Mu, but acts as his morality pet.
