The protagonist in this is canonically aromantic asexual; he states multiple times to people that he isn't interested in men or women, or in having a relationship at all.
The protagonist claims he's straight, but I challenge you to show me any actual instances of him displaying attraction to anyone. You can't, really.
The two main characters seem to fall somewhere in the realm of aro, with one being enamored by the thought of romance but not really feeling any romantic attraction to anyone herself, and the other is a loner with a complex kinda situationship. Also in ch.26 a minor character basically says they figured out they're aromantic in passing.
A member of the main cast, Kashiwa, is canonically aroace.
One of the two main characters seems to be arospec, falling out of love with partners quickly once she sleeps with them. She and her roommate/friend decide to live together queerplatonically despite (and partly because of) a lack of attraction between the two of them.
Canonically the protag is grayro ace, the FL she develops a queerplatonic relationship with is aroace, and a side character is demisexual.
Main character is fought over by a boy and a girl who both fell for her, but she doesn't show any interest in either of them romantically or sexually. It's short but it's def an aro/acespec story.
The protag is definitely aroace-spec. He doesn't seem to really feel sexual attraction at all, and he only seems to start developing romantic attraction after he's in a relationship with the ML who already likes him.
One of the characters in the main cast, Jae In Park, is probably fully aromantic and somewhere on the asexual spectrum - the only time we see her develop any kind of interest in sex or relationships is in a side story wherein she hate-sleeps-with another character as an adult and then afterwords can't stop herself from wanting a repeat of that experience.
The author of this autobiographical comic admits in part of it that they might be asexual, at least partly influenced by their experience in their body as an x-gender (nonbinary) person.

And I haven't read Skip and Loafer yet, but after doing a little research on it & Sousuke specifically I certainly want to read it and don't mind adding it to this list even while I'm working my way through.
