Love the stories, love the characters.

A man finds a stray cat but can't keep it, so he lets it loose in the garden of a house where he feels like the cat will be looked after, only to find himself face to face with the house owner.

Not easy reading, to be sure! A great collection of short stories /one shots. My favorite stories are the 25 years couple , and the clone.

Bittersweet love story centered around reincarnation.

Quite honestly, I wasn't sure I was going to like this at first. I was so very wrong. It has a compelling story in my eyes.

Despite the darkness, it's a beautiful tale. My take: Niki has autism or is on the autistic spectrum. Shoji can be an ass, but loves N.
