yes. It's very bearable though and only happens in the last parts of the story. they end up having kids together i believe in the spinoff story.

there's barely any interaction between them and they have no chemistry with each other, so it didn't bother me.

MC's lover from his past life is also reincarnated, though she doesn't have any memories. They meet and there's some crushing/feelings there.

this immediately turned me off this manhwa lol, only because i despise the soulmates/'lovers in another life meet again' trope, even in bl/gl.

there's 'romance' in that the mc has a fiance for political marriage purposes. she's cool though. slight tsundere. mc is v protective and straight up kills a man for threatening her. I would consider that romance, but it didn't bother me.
