Okay, here is my theory about Choso and Yuuji being brothers. I think it is possible when I consider the fact that Kamo guy have been living for like 150 years by changing bodies. He fusioned his blood with his pregnant wife who was impragnated by a cursed spirit (or Kamo is the mentioned cursed spirit, I think it is a bit vague). His wife was impregnated 9 times as mentioned in the manga and each of it was a miscarriage, resulting that there were 9 different cursed wombs or something like that? So, Choso and his brothers are three of them. Everything is canon until here.

Now, if you remember, Yuuji said that he doesn’t remember his mother and he has a vague idea about his father. So, what if his mother was impregnated by that Kamo spirit? Because Choso is feeling Itadori’s presence and he said that he could feel his borthers’ presence too, when they died. It was the same case. He also dreamed a scene in which they were all together as brothers including Yuuji suddenly. Furthermore, even though Yuuji didn’t have any kind of cursed energy before Sukuna, he could see them and again, although he didn’t have cursed energy, he just developed it with the help of Gojo. I think he has some kind of clan backgorund which means that he is either from Kamo, Zen’in or Gojo. Under these circumstances, if it is the cae, I think he is from Kamo.
