I gotta say.....I'm impressed on how on earth she survived those years while hiding here dyslexia at that.
And I wonder when is this story was written. I mean, the awareness for dyslexia is booming right now. But back in the day, some dyslexic people was treated as if they are dumb. P
If not, it's unthinkable for her father not knowing her illness and her mother didn't tried to get her help.
I can't blame the FL for her attitude tho. She was not confident and insecure. It's no wonder that she become defensive.
