Lmao it's still possible for them to have kids it's just gonna be reeealllllllyyyyyy hard to impregnate the uke even if Seme wasn't with uke it'd be hard for him to impregnate Females cos now he is very low in alpha testosterone so he isn't as fertile as he was before, hope this make sense (=・ω・=)
