I think that would be go to the translator since this webtoon came from a different country and language so basically in the orig language they use a neutral gender word to call Von however in english there's no such thing such as neutral gender word since they typically use She or He to describe one's identity.
thank you for that i understand that, but there is actually a neutral gender word and its the singular word “they” or “them” its a pretty commonly used word though people most of the time use it without thinking about it. I’m sure its just the translators mistake but messing up on something that important to a characters identity sounds super rude to Von though. Like theyve completely misgendered von.
I'm pretty sure it's the translator also since the translator also writes 'she' for the prince a few times too. And also it's just a webtoon.

When the mc makina finds out that the knight Von is as they say “neither man not woman” makina deadass keeps calling them “she” even though Von legit said twice that they were neither. Like i get that Von said they are female (sex wise) but idk its just confusing because they go on to say that theyre neither man or woman (gender wise) because they dont have a womb…shouldnt the mc refer to them in a gender neutral sense? It just feels wrong to call them “she” ya know considering what they defined their gender as. as such imma just drop this because im honestly distraught over this and its a really slow burn
