So I read this on a different website, but it's probably here too. A Japanese guy goes into another world, which he adapts to. He owns a restaurant I think, since he makes Japanese cuisines. He got challenged to a fight, but someone took his place. However, there's a rule in that world where if someone takes your place in a fight, you belong to them..? Or you own them a favor?
