No you’re actually right, because I read the novel and Ignis finds out she’s a girl only at the end. So basically the title is referring to Letio as the “villain”. (￣∇￣")

from the title it is kinda obviohs that letio is the villain hehe. the prince hasnt even discovered her identity yet but letio did. the title is "The Villain Discovered My Identity" so it is most likely that letio is the villain but i could be wrong hehe
