nah it wasn't that one, the girl was a lot older, if i remember correctly adult age like 20's-30's

it wasn't yaoi (shocking i know right?) and it had something to do with telekinesis i think? or reading minds? or both??

all i can remember is the main character was female and could read minds or was telekinetic
and for some reason there were people that wanted to hunt people with powers like hers?

it was apparently popular enough to translate to english because i saw it at a used bookstore (which is why i remembered it) and thought to myself "oh! i should read that again!" and thought i'd remember the name bc the english translation of the name was weird and sort of striking, but when i got home i forgot!!!
