Yes i read the novel but not all of it and yes he won’t end up with his ex he will end up with the director ( his ex & the director both will hurt him but in the end they both will be after him begging him to go back to em , he will not choose his ex )

He will bring his ex wife and hug her in front of everyone including the uke & he will keep giggling with her so the uke will feel hurt plus I guess he will get back with her so the uke will feel more broken but don’t worry it will all be fixed and the director will be after the uke ( I don’t remember carefully cause I read it long time ago )
