It reminds me of a oneshot I read where this guy goes back to his hometown and gets picked up by a guy who has dyed hair and looks like a delinquent. He then finds out its a younger boy who used to follow him around who turned out to be a hot delinquent type guy who has always been in love with him. I just can't remember the manga its in. Sorry about that. Maybe someone else will know.
Oh. He thought the guy was trying to steal his luggage even tho the guy was just trying to help him and give him ride to his house.
