This thread sparked my curiosity... where can I read BL novels? I've read Takafumi no baai novels but I'm intirgued on fantasy bl novels..

I've read a few, but no historical ones. It's not my thing, I prefer a modern setting. Honestly, not a lot of the ones I've read sticks out in particular. Ai no Kusabi was pretty good tho. I do enjoy reading novels/light novels since they're usually more detailed.

when it comes to bl novels i only go for the mature ones and it seems like it's a school life story? i dunno. i'd try reading the first chapters to see if i like it.
I read quite a lot one of my favorites is Caged Slave. The Historical themed that I've read were Feng Yu Jui Tian and Hua Hua You Long.
I love BL novels. But honestly Historical themes aren't my thing when it comes to novels. I love watching the beautiful art while reading something historical. On that note, I absolutely LOVE readin Historical mangas. It just makes it that much exciting & tempting for me if I can see the story happening right before my eyes rather than just reading it in descriptions. No offense to people who likes reading BL novels. I am just saying I have a lower attention span when it comes to reading historical novels :P :P
Aside from that BL novels are 1 of my MAJOR weaknesses. I can stop myself from reading mangas & animes. But I can't stop it in the middle once I start reading BL novels. My most by far is "Utsukushii Koto" by Konohara Narise <--- My BL Goddess.
Yeah, I agree. Cold sands is a good novel. The plot twist, and the end. Oh, god, the end is just...beautifully written. I really recommended it.
Ah, I agree with someone who says that Takafumi no baai, True star and Body Double too. These are a good novel.
I've seen that movie, what about Shang Yin? Have you seen that one? It's also a famous one :3
Now I got long list of novel to read. I wanna know though, is there anywhere i can read fully translated FYJT? I used to read in Tumblr but that only till volume 9(?). the volume after that only synopsis. I'm glad i was not left hanging but it not really satisfying reading the synopsis ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
HI!!!! so, who also loves BL NOVELS here? actually i have read tons, well not as many compared to all the BL mangas I've read (i'm quite picky so i only read the ones that are up to my taste) I just finished reading this BL novel a day ago and so i'm so so hang up on it. i really like historical themed bl novels <3 where there are wars princes and kings, enemies kingdoms turned to lovers, hidden identities, intelligence, sword fightings, ya know. Do any of you read BL novels too?
