This is so deep.. and i think i can relate.. i mean everyone must have gone through and felt something like this at least once in their life.. like sometimes we act toxicly without even noticing we are, and when we realize that we were wrong we were toxic.. our brains don't seem to work straight and instead of trying to fix it by talking it out.. we just distant ourselves with everyone.. thinking we are too bad for them.. whatever we do will be bad for them.. it's human nature we can't help it..
