I am literally crying a river. Oh my god, my eyes are swollen and I can’t breathe because of my runny nose (cuz I was crying). I am a medical student myself and I read this webtoon overnight. I know it’s just a comic, but I really enjoyed it. Also, the epilogue reminded me of “Scarlet heart Ryeo” which made me cry even more, I don’t even know how to stop crying hahaha. Such a masterpiece this is!!
