Nah...you read it wrong. The little brother does like him. It’s pretty messed up but the author manages to keep it light. Basically, the little brother is insecure about it and homophobic. But he was jealous when his step brother dated other guys and is shown to always actually know what his big brother is doing or purposely sets it up meaning...it’s not really not consensual. He knows his brother comes into his room which is why he leaves it unlocked. The author proves this in subtext and little ways like him saying he’s going to start to lock his door....but he never does. He also initiates a lot of the stuff that happens between them or all of it really. He just doesn’t like to admit it. He’ll set something up then give his big brother a hard time about it...and then let’s stuff keep happening. I am not a victim blamer, but if you re-read you see the subtext. He initiates, blushes, and tries to deny it but in the end he does admit he felt betrayed because he did love him and by the end it’s shown in the last extra that the little brother does consider them boyfriends without actually saying it and purposely leaves it unsaid because he basically likes to give his step brother shit about it to cover up his own embarrassment. The final chapter shows that he is purposely lying about being impotent so he can keep playing boyfriend with his step bro. He says oh we’re just going to do this until my impotency is cured but then in his head he acknowledges that both him and his brother know it’s already cured and that they both actually just wanna be together. Plus they aren’t blood related so hey, there’s at least that.

Hahaha yeah I don’t blame anyone for hating it. It’s definitely a display of the authors more questionable tastes...but I really like stories with unreliable narrators where you have to read between the lines to know what they’re actually thinking and it’s a pretty rare writing style so I’ll take it where I can get it lol.
I very genuinely and respectfully hated this. I'm not saying this just to shit on it, but both of the characters were annoying asf. I wouldn't call this a bl, for there is no gay romance (it is OBVIOUSLY one sided). I wish the older brother would stand his ground a little more... (￣∇￣")
