I don’t know if it’s just because I haven’t finished yet (on chapter 60/85) but people seem to be fine overlooking the fact that all the couples so far have started with one of them being a bully and the other being the bullied. Yuri hated Jaerim for being ugly, the red-hair guy was super nasty to Yumin for being an otaku, Kang and Dunno’s relationship is just a mess, and the one in reading at the moment about Aerak and Heeno is so sad! Maybe it hits harder as someone who grew up being bullied for their weight and appearance, but stuff like this shouldn’t be completely ignored imo. Don’t get me wrong, I really am enjoying the story and the character development but relationships built on poor foundations are kinda doomed irl. Lucky it’s just a story, but I do hope none of you talking about how pure this is let people in your lives treat you like this.
