It's because this manga had been on hiatus since 2014. It's because the mangaka had been struggling with her worsening health and it kept on disturbing her actual life and work. So she decides to take a break to go on medical treatment and just plainly rest from working. She recently come back to continue the manga. That's why you wouldn't find any raws beyond the chapter 45+ or something (can't remember the exact chap) so yeah
