Same thing happened to me couple of times so i asked it here and Suujin replied to me uhh i'll just copy paste her comment:
There are two possible reasons that this happened
(1) Your topic contained flagged words such as other manga hosting sites, social media sites, foul words, etc. It is set that if your topic contains such words, your topic will automatically be deleted.
(2) The tab/page has been 'idle' for too long. If you are not interacting with buttons and hyperlinks for a while, the browser will load and display the cached site page, meaning what you're currently seeing is the 'downloaded for offline use'. So when you click on the Post button, it will refresh the page instead.
This issue can be fixed by
(1) Removing/Replacing words which you think are flagged
(2) Copy the text you typed, refresh the page, paste the text, and then post. This way, you wont lose any of the text you typed.

Sometimes I can reply and ask questions just fine but other times my posts end up disappearing when I switch to another tab? Is this because my account is kind of new or something
