Everything could have ended well had Vinny not interfered between Kyle and Sean. Sean wouldn't have died and he could have lived happily with Vinny and Kyle. That's what one gets when he acts based solely on emotions.
Don't know who to hate more, Vinny who got raped by his stepdad and became a homophobe or Kyle who left his brother who basically brought him up on his own after their parents were gone. But I'd say I hate Skip more. Had he not toyed with the gun, all of them could have escaped the building and no one would have died. Skip just should have died, too. He's just a pain in the ass. He doesn't listen and does drugs even when told not to.
