Yep. But as you said before, people are going to do it anyway. People have to realize this is the Internet and it won't change for anyone. You can work with it as it is and try to find a way to make it work for you, or try to fight it (but I think the fight is a losing battle).
The uploader obviously was doing it to spite the scanlators. Just take a look at the last page aha.
Of course bots reuploaded it everywhere afterwards, but someone uploaded it on at least one website him/herself and added that page.
