The greenhead is a lingering vengeful ghost but it looks to me that the brown head kid was able to thaw and blow away her hateful iced cold .. The green head knew that Miho will come for her and put the brown head kid to sleep. She did not put up a fight againts Miho and she just embraced the brown head kid before Miho turned her into bokeh lights.. ╥﹏╥
