Damn I got exited for a bit.
If you haven’t read “to be or not to be” (aka reborn as a villain) it’s really good, quite angsty even. It’s a manhua and has a novel both of which I recommend.
Also try “I Was Reincarnated in Another World and Auctioned off as a Slave“ which the tittle sounds wacky but it’s pretty wholesome. This one has about 6 chapters but 10/10 recommend.
And maybe also try “You own my all” (aka the wife is first for the novel). This isn’t isekai but the mc (top btw) is a regressor and he basically spoils his wife (husband) so much. This is hella fluffy and I love it. 1000/10 recommend.

These as all pretty popular so you might’ve already red them but I wanted to name them either way ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

If you’re interested in reading more isekai BL novels I would also recommend “Accidental Mark” (read here: https://chrysanthemumgarden.com/novel-tl/am/ ). This is a omega verse and the top gets Isekaid into a novel and basically paves the path to success for the bottom. Super fluffy and not much angst. Too is 100000/10 btw.
Another rec is “Mistakenly Saving the Villain” (read here: https://chrysanthemumgarden.com/novel-tl/misvil/ ) and here the bottom gets isekaid. This is more triggering and angsty so read the warnings before reading but it’s an excellent read too.
Again these are both novels so there’s no manhua but they’re excellent if you’re into that. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
