I am only on chapter 6 and had to come to the comments to see what's going to happen and a lot of you are making it clear that Shintani leaves Kikuichi and now I don't know if I should read it cause I know I'll get angry and heartbroken for Kikuichi. So I guess I'll continue...

Yeah, I am not caught up. I started crying when Shintani and Sudo were together in the last chapter because I can kind of feel what Kikuchi is going through. It breaks my heart!
