Honestly I'm good with a cliche ending, protagonist wins with no casualties or plot twists...

I want the bullies to die screaming, all fo them, especially Kyou: he's the mastermind, so he needs to die the most horribly.

And then I want the protagonist to have some happiness.
I hope the raped girl's brother isn't going to be an impediment. Hell, I'd rather he help kill the bullies.

I think kyou is a girl

I thought so at the start, too, cause of his "girly" small body type/looks. But everyone calls him Kyou (isn't that a boy's name) and he wears boy's clothes. Of course, could be a disguise.
