maybe they could take hormones for the duration of the pregnancy to counter them changing if they decide that they want their body to carry a child... or they could adopt or pay someone to carry their child for them (using the DNA of hibiki and hiroto and the person carrying the child literally only carries the child)
From what I understood, the pregnancy hormones would just keep her female the entire time. They never adressed how long her normal cycles of change are but the issues showed us they can vary and even get longer not only shorter, so that's my take on it
What if when he/she get pregnant and by the time he/she give birth he/she will turn into a boy
