I think she's having a more Cavalier attitude about it. She knows that if she began acting rebellious, she might end up going the villainess path or appear to be. She also feel sorry for the kids oh, so she wants to make friends so she could show her parents, not to worry, she can make friends. Not only that, she's finally doing something she couldn't do at home. Which is baking. Slowly but surely, she's going to try to get enough buttons in order to run away from home and start her own Bakery so her family won't go hungry or be poor anymore. So I think she's just working out her game plan. Also I like that she's mellow about it, that's a good attitude to have instead of being tense and stressed about it. Stress is like a fart, it stinks but it has no real purpose but to release pressure.

Oh yeah I kinda forgot about her runaway fund plan. For me when it comes to reincarnation stories it's just kinda weird how even though they're adults in a child's body they act that children. It just doesn't seem rational to me but I see your point.

For me it's the opposite. Sometimes I wonder why so many adults act like children in real life.
