I don't think the "its over" = breakup. I think is more like his current lifestyle is over, the teacher is going to tell his parents and all and now he is like desperate cause he thinks everything is going to fall apart, and yes that could lead to a breakup if he starts blaming Senzaki, but I think the "its over" thing is about his life falling apart... Or this is just me trying to be hopeful cause they are my favorite couple ╮(￣▽￣)╭
