I thought I found a decent one but bam out of nowhere harem hits and one hasn't uploaded in 4 years

Unfortunately not all of them is regularly updated, and some of them do contain harem, but at least I like them enough to put them in my list.
It's nice to see a good japanese isekai manga. One that's not focus entire only on romance, battles, cheats, being OP as heck. Or most importantly, not a HAREM (idk what is Japan's obsession with harem isekai. Almost as much as chinese martial world's harem plots.
Herscherik almost had it but the manga is not really updated? And the novel is not translated, at least non that I found.
Of course there's a lot of good isekai manga, but not much particularly stand out to me.
