Heya, this is what I remember: It was a shoujo where the guy is a womanizer and she walks in on him having sex with someone, so he tries to have sex(?) with her and she doesn't resist but just lies there with a stoneface. He falls in love and eventually they start going out. She is generally more mature than him, and at some point he gets super jealous over her ex-boyfriend and tries to be like him.
