Suha could’ve left any time but he stayed true to his words “I promise to stay home until you’re comfortable” to Jiwoon. Why? Because in ch 87, he opened the door himself.
He wasn’t locked home but rather Jiwoon told the lobby people to not let Suha go out for his own safety. And now SHIT the red head found him, well great.
