I was assuming that Henry was like 15-16ish and a late bloomer because of the way they was saying he was skinny and short for his age. And then yeah Noah round 18-19ish. I can’t remember what the amount of years was for the timskip, but knowing that Henry became an adult awhile ago and they did his ceremony late helped at least with understanding his age range throughout the story. Though i could be wrong bout the ceremony part,, like in my head they doin it a few years late but it could be months.
