Hey I kinda stopped reading a while ago. Can you tell me if Kirishima stopped sleeping with others after he started dating our mc?

Did he? Wasn't he talking to one of the girls about how much he loves Yoshino just after sleeping with her? You could say that they were technically not dating but he was already pursuing Yoshino and claiming to love her while sleeping around.
It's been 84 years and people still talking about the cheating....mind you they weren't dating and yoshino didn't even care
