    no i didn't... but mansai is a popular part of japan's culture so i don't see how this would be an anime reference specifically...

    if anything haru rlly reminds me of shigeoka daiki, with the appearance, the smile & especially since they mentioned johnny's by name, I'd not be that surprised if the character was abit inspired by him. i mean johnny's west is based in Osaka & they are a comedy group as much as they're an idol group so i couldn't help but think of them. also i remember they had a whole sketch where shigeoka was dressed up as a girl like in the manga, and kotaki's whole thing is he is the cute ikemen they get to do weird things.
    honestly though, Osaka is the city in Japan most known for comedy, n "tsukkomi & boke" is a very standard stand-up comedy format, it is too basic to be a reference to anything except itself
