Well the idea is that it will fluctuate just like real life. He went fit, got chubby again, exercised and got fit again. He might get chubby again or stay at an in-between range too.

Well, I understand but unfortunately we don't fit the conventional beauty standards and it's blatantly obvious with the way fat people are drawn in stories. I say "we" because I am fat so yh.
