It's a bit vague but it's a manga with a dark haired boy learns superpowers from a blonde lady, boy is originally from rural town but goes to find blonde lady with a city with a large white tower in it and he joins her groups who all have powers. I think the title was only one word.
From where I remember leaving off
*spoiler* Last chap I remember they got stuck in a timeloop trying to save people, going back in time power was from a girl with glasses and she had to place a candle in a circle and could only go back into time to that checkpoint.
