I’ve read some other spoilers and indeed she is a rare dragon, not only that but she’s her daddy’s biological daughter since their fam is descended from dragons. Plus it was nagging at me what happened to that 3rd child that dad was talking to her mom about…mom swore it was a girl. The yellow eyes are from him and the pink hair is some deviation of her mom’s red hair. This is why she doesn’t match any lizard shifter.

Yep I’m super happy for her, but it pains me with the glimpses of her returning to her OG world in a coma. Her mom is keeping her on life support but brother keeps pushing to take her off after another year, I wouldn’t want to come out of coma either. ┗( T﹏T )┛
So then how did the labor maiden forgot to tell everyone about her newborn? Although, everyone was in grief- wouldn't the news of a baby be good. After all the lady did work extra hard to push and save the little one's life (because she wanted her beloved to know what loving a daughter). How did we knew about a toddler roaming around the castle and the main house but Noone knows how she survived as a newborn. Was... she... buried... with her mother's corpse or was this negligence!!?
I thought about the same exact thing, I wonder if this is cleared up a little later on. But I remember her maid was taking advantage of her so it’s possible there was something bigger covering up her parentage. Maybe a failed kidnapping? I was just thinking shouldn’t her father and brothers have seen something suspicious going on, but like you said the grief could have made it easy for others to do whatever evil plans they had. I’m just picturing a 5 yr old roaming their estate and no one questioning it until the confess your sins family gathering. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
