I always feel like something is missing. Shige has done and endured so much for shin. Everyone wants to protect shin, but what about shige? Shin says he wants to protect him but shin can’t even protect himself from all the people around him because he is so naive. There needs to be something that happens because I feel like they fight over something that happened to shin, they apologize and do the do because shin cries, and shige goes back to enduring and suffering just to stay by shins side. What really is the end result of everything? What’s the outcome? There’s something missing and I know shin says he loves shige but at this point, they need to take a break or something because it feels like shige is about to break. Imagine being forced into doing something and having everyone’s eyes on you and only judge you by your looks and always getting hated on because you’re an actor who can’t act BECAUSE YOU DONT EVEN WANT TO ACT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I hope we see change and progress in the future chapters, because all I’m seeing is a cycle of bandaids of love covering up deep cracks.

Shige's suffering is his own doing in a way. He has insecurities he doesn't want to be noticed, so he hides them. Not confronting them doesn't make them go away. And some of the problems he experiences with others isn't his fault, but he chooses to take them on alone which is stressful. I think if a change is needed, he needs to actually be more open with Shin. He's gonna break if he keeps doing everything all on his own. And Shin's too naive to notice, so it's up to Shige to tell him all he's been feeling so they can face these things together.

Huh? You type a lot of words just to blame it all on Shige. Too easy to say "open up more" when we all know what will Shin do once he knows whats up and that literally will break Shige not Shin. I think OP wants the readers to atleast see things a little bit more on Shiges pov and appreciate him(my bad if its not hjshakakak) because what hes doing is insane. And don't you think that it wouldve been nice if Shin was a little bit more guarded since he knows Shige and his jealousy tendencies and want to protect him? that couldve avoid a lot of drama and heart aches both in their part. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

If Shin and Shige have a break then Shige will break and fall apart. Shin is the only thing that is holding Shige in one piece in that horrible situation. It’s also not a simple matter of “being more open with Shin”. Shige for certain knows that once Shin finds out what’s been happening all this time he will either quit acting or come out of the closet forcefully which he is not prepared for in the slightest. This’ll stop Shin from living his dream of being an actor which he is so gifted at. It’ll break a part of Shin which can not be healed again. It will be an injustice to Shin from Shige’s perspective. The author wants us to understand the depth of both of their loves. Shige loves Shin enough to disregard his own life, dreams and comfort. Shin loves Shige enough to discard these exact things for him too. They’ll both do the same in each other’s shoes. What needs to happen now is that Shin after finding out doesn’t disregard himself but instead protect Shige AND himself. He needs to realise that the only way they can survive this situation is not to sacrifice himself and ask others for help too.

Love is so complicated. This is why Sachimo is so amazing. Why must they disregard themselves to support the other...? It's black and white thinking... just like the title (⌒▽⌒)
I know my comment can be boiled down to "be more open," but talking does benefit people in the end. Although one needs to choose their words carefully, not talking leads to all this drama and pain building up. I think if they really sitdown and realize they want the same for each other, they can find a middle solution. Part of that is probably gonna be Shin being more guarded. I await that time to come, hopefully. Until then, they're going to keep going in circles.

Yeah I am kinda blaming Shige. I see that repetitive train of worries of his that he bottles up. But he won't resolve them unless he talks it out. I know he's worried that Shin will be hurt and probably try to bear it all himself, but that's not guaranteed. He doesn't know unless he tries. They're adults so Shin might understand. If they sitdown, really talk, and understand what they'd do for each other, they can figure out a middle way where neither one of them is shouldering all the pain. And I agree Shin should consider Shige's warnings. He should be more guarded, but he's so naive so he's gotta learn through experience I guess. Hopefully after this he knows what he needs to do.
I'm sorry to both you and Minatobro. I'm so passionate about Shige especially cuz I understand that insane mindset personally and I wanna see him be truly happy, him and Shin. And these characters are so fascinating. I really love Sachimo

Blame both of them not just shige. Relationship goes two ways. Shin knows shige enough to need to push for him to be more open. He is so babied by everyone and so protected, he needs some character growth as well and take on more initiative in trying to get shige to open up. Yes I agree they need to sit down and talk because they’re adults, but shin should be the one to give an ultimatum so that shige seriously realizes that he needs to do that. Again, shin needs to have more responsibility in their relationship and I really like this author too so I hope that is where they’re headed.
